ManagerGym privacy policy

In short

ManagerGym is a private rehearsal app for difficult workplace conversations. You can use it without an account. Your practice data stays on your device. We do not sell data and the app contains no advertising.

Who we are

ManagerGym is published by ONOUR IMPRAM VENTURES LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17429906, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: onour@onourimpram.com.

Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only in the app’s storage on your device and is not sent to us:

• Your profile name, role and practice goals
• Scenario transcripts, local coach feedback, scores and voice rehearsal self checks (audio is never recorded)
• Custom scenarios, lesson progress, language, theme and reminder settings

Service providers

• RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase state and purchase events so that ManagerGym Pro can be bought and restored through Google Play. Transcripts and practice content are never sent to RevenueCat.
• Google Play processes the purchase itself under your Google account.

What we do not do

• Practice transcripts are not sent to any AI service in the production app.
• Product analytics is off by default. No analytics service is connected in the current version.
• We do not ask for your employer, colleagues' names, health information or confidential company files.
• No advertising SDK, no data sale, no audio recording.

Permissions

• Notifications, only if you turn on practice reminders. Reminders are scheduled on your device.

Your choices and deletion

You can export your local data as a file and delete it from Settings. Deleting removes your profile, sessions, custom scenarios, settings and reminders from the device. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Purchase records stay with Google Play and RevenueCat; to ask about those records, email us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Send requests by email; we will not ask for more information than we need to respond. In the United Kingdom you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

ManagerGym is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

We update this policy before any change to the app’s data practices is released. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
