PlateKind privacy policy

In short

PlateKind suggests up to two simple additions to a meal you already have. You can use it without an account. Your meal notes stay on your device. We do not sell data and the app contains no advertising.

Who we are

PlateKind is published by ONOUR IMPRAM VENTURES LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17429906, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: onour@onourimpram.com.

Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only in the app’s storage on your device and is not sent to us:

• Meal names, ingredients you select and the setting you choose
• Your answers to the ingredient, allergy and dietary checks, used on the device to decide whether ideas can be shown
• Saved ideas, favorites and personal notes
• A free use counter

Service providers

• RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase state and purchase events when an in app purchase is offered, bought or restored through Google Play. Meal content and check answers are never sent to RevenueCat.
• Google Play processes the purchase itself under your Google account.

What we do not do

• PlateKind does not collect health records, diagnoses or allergy names. You do not need to name an allergy or diagnosis to use the checks.
• No food photos, camera or photo library access.
• No analytics, no advertising and no data sale.

Permissions

• No special device permissions. Internet access is used only for purchases.

Your choices and deletion

You can export your saved meals as a file and delete your local data in the app. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Purchase records stay with Google Play and RevenueCat; to ask about those records, email us. PlateKind ideas are general and optional. They are not medical or dietary advice and do not assess allergy safety.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Send requests by email; we will not ask for more information than we need to respond. In the United Kingdom you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

PlateKind is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

We update this policy before any change to the app’s data practices is released. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
