RecallDock privacy policy

In short

RecallDock is a local first vault for text, links, images, documents and files. You can use it without an account. Your vault stays on your device. We do not sell data and the app contains no advertising.

Who we are

RecallDock is published by ONOUR IMPRAM VENTURES LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17429906, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: onour@onourimpram.com.

Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only in the app’s storage on your device and is not sent to us:

• Items you save: text, links, images, documents and files, with their tags and titles
• Text recognised in your images, produced on the device
• Smart Stack matches and reuse insights computed on the device
• Exports you create, kept only for a short cleanup window unless you save them elsewhere

Service providers

• RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase state and purchase events so that RecallDock Pro can be bought and restored through Google Play. Vault content is never sent to RevenueCat.
• Google Play processes the purchase itself under your Google account.

What we do not do

• Saved content, recognised text, tags, file names and search queries are excluded from analytics. The app has no remote analytics.
• Image content is not sent to an application server for text recognition.
• The clipboard is read only when you choose to save from it.
• Android cloud backup and device transfer are turned off for the vault.
• No advertising SDK and no data sale.

Permissions

• Biometric or device credential, only to unlock sensitive details you have hidden.
• Files and content you pick or share into the app through Android's own pickers and share sheet. RecallDock does not ask for broad storage access.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete single items or wipe the whole vault in the app. Passphrase protected exports use AES-256-GCM encryption. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. Purchase records stay with Google Play and RevenueCat; to ask about those records, email us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. Send requests by email; we will not ask for more information than we need to respond. In the United Kingdom you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children

RecallDock is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

We update this policy before any change to the app’s data practices is released. The effective date is shown at the top of this page.
